Our high precision potentiometers are wire wound potentiometers with high accuracy , high reliability and a long rotational life. They are used in a wide range of industrial applications and in railway applications. Each types of potentiometers is supplied at the required ohmic value in the range of feasible values. Multiple-units potentiometers are achieved by combining several units. We have set high standards for our in-house quality testing and only the perfect quality product will leave our warehouse. 10-Turn Precision Potentiometer

The 10-Turn Precision Potentiometer from Huiren Electronics is a high quality, precision component that offers either 1K or 10K resistance in a package that features a diameter shaft with a 9.5mm bush mounting. This pot provides excellent linearity and high tolerance with 2W power handling capacity, making it suitable for use as a conventional potentiometer, especially in audio/visual applications, as well as being used as a displacement transducer or a position sensor potentiometer.

Potentiometers—simple electromechanical devices

Potentiometers—simple electromechanical devices that translate rotary or linear motion potentiometers into a change in resistance—have been a cornerstone of measurement, control, and position systems for more than a century. In a potentiometer, one terminal is hooked up to a voltage source and the second to ground. A third terminal connects a sliding contact called a wiper that runs across a resistive track. As the wiper is moved across the resistive track, the voltage changes, corresponding to the new position. This voltage change can be used to control anything from volume or light intensity to the movement of complex mechanical systems.

High precision potentiometers can be easily customized according to specific requirements. Their flat design of 0.5mm to 4mm makes them ideal for restricted installation conditions. The technical specifications respond to those of conventional precision potentiometers or even surpass these. Besides offering an attractive cost advantage, with custom designs they can be conveniently integrated into existing applications.

Standard potentiometers series transducer

The standard potentiometers series consists of a family of cable extension linear position and linear position transducers. The transducer mechanism is housed inside of an aluminum cover and attached to an anodized aluminum baseplate with four mounting holes. The measurement range determines which of three housing sizes is to be used. All of the possible UniMeasure analog and digital position outputs are offered in the Standard Series. The wire rope exit is perpendicular to the baseplate as shown in the photo but optional side and bottom wire rope exit locations are available. Other options include nylon jacketed wire rope, dust wiper, terminal strip, non-standard potentiometer, and alternate connector location.
